THE DOCTORAL INSTITUTE

Modification of the manuscript

Final manuscripts must be submitted in digital format (CD-ROM) to the Doctoral Information & Registration Office one month before the defense date, before making any changes requested by the reviewers.

After the thesis defense, the Doctoral Information & Registration Office will submit the final manuscript to the UPMC library according to what the President indicates on the report.

THE THESIS MAY BE REPRODUCED AS IS

Without changes

The CD-ROM that was submitted before the thesis defense is considered final and sent to the library for dissemination, archiving, etc.

If the Doctor wants to make minor changes:

You have one month to make any minor changes (typos, formatting, etc.) and submit the corrected version (entitled "version corrigée") and updated CD-ROM to the Doctoral Information & Registration Office, accompanied by a signed certificate stating that the changes were made (Modification of the manuscript: declaration form).

After this period, even if no changes have been made, the thesis will be sent to the library to be recorded, reproduced and disseminated.

THE THESIS MAY NOT BE REPRODUCED AS IS

The jury has requested major changes be made under the responsibility of a designated member of the jury

You will have three months to make such changes and submit the corrected version of your thesis on CD-ROM to the Doctoral Information & Registration Office. The CD-ROM must be accompanied by a letter from the member of the jury designated during the thesis defense certifying that the requested changes were made.

The issuance of proof of graduation and the recording, reproduction, dissemination and consultation of the manuscript are contingent upon the submission of corrected versions of the thesis and the jury member's certificate.
