Brain, cognition, behavior (3C)

The Doctoral School of Brain-Cognition-Behaviour (DS 158) is jointly accredited by UPMC, PSL (Paris Sciences et Lettres), SPC (Sorbonne Paris Cité) and EHESS. DS 3C's research covers all aspects of neuroscience and cognitive science.

DS 3C's scientific policy focuses on multidisciplinarity and an openness to both human sciences and mathematical modelling. The study of nervous system functioning includes a variety of aspects addressed through multidisciplinary approaches. The doctoral school has always sought to promote the different fields of neuroscience and cognitive science. Cellular and molecular neurobiology, neuropharmacology and the study of nervous system development are some of the school's main areas of research.
